Customer Service Executive

Job Description

  • Be accountable for overall Quality of Service and Patient Satisfaction rate.
  • Handle and resolve our patient’s enquiries and/or feedback in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Make appropriate recommendation to patient on suitable treatments.
  • Perform administrative front-desk matters.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.


  • Preferably 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong ability to communicate well with people from all walks of life.
  • We welcome those without prior experience as well.
