Dr. Chin graduated from the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Dentistry in 2004 after winning two scholarships from Singapore Press Holdings. He served as a Dental Officer in the Ministry of Health under the National Healthcare Group. Dr Chin eventually became the Head of Dental Services at one of NHG’s Polyclinics and also held the portfolio of Head of Manpower. Dr Chin joined T32 Dental Group in 2007 and practises at its main Dental Centre at Camden Medical Centre.

Dr. Chin practises General Dentistry with a gentle and conservative approach, focusing more on prevention rather than cure. He has a keen interest in Dental Implants, Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Chin also enjoys and is proficient at treating and managing children, having spent one and a half years at the National University Hospital Dental Centre seeing patients on the Paediatric Dentistry waiting list. Dr. Chin also has a special interest in dental phobias and is adept at managing fearful patients and making them feel at ease during treatment. Dr. Chin is the Clinical Director of T32 Junior, Paediatric Dentistry Division of T32 Dental Centre. Dr Chin is also Clinical Director of T32 Dental Pearl at Bedok and is Director of Marketing for T32’s Corporate Division.

Dr. Chin is a member of the Singapore Dental Association, Aesthetic Dentistry Society Singapore, Singapore Academy of Oral Rehabilitation and Implantology and the Old Rafflesians Association. He previously served as the Honorary Treasurer of the Aesthetic Dentistry Society Singapore.

He has conducted public outreach programmes by giving public health and career guidance talks at the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics, Singapore Expo, National University Hospital, Singapore Turf Club, Singapore Civil Defence Force, Raffles Junior College, Gleneagles Hospital and pre-schools island-wide.

An avid animal lover, Dr. Chin was on the management committee of the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA Singapore) for 3 years and remains a life member and supporter.
