Dr Lin Gengfeng graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and served as a Dental Officer under the National Healthcare Group (NHG). Dr Lin was appointed the Head of Dental Services at one of NHG’s polyclinics before joining the premium clinics in NHG DentalCare.

Dr Lin has a strong interest in Implant, Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. He is an active speaker on Implantology and Implant Aesthetics, having participated in the Straumann Implant Asia-Pacific Speaker Development Program in March 2010. Dr Lin was also one of the participants in the International Team for Implantology (ITI) World Symposium held in Geneva, Switzerland in April 2010. He was the moderator for the 1^st Straumann – ITI Study Club held in June 2010. In 2008, Dr Lin participated in the Nobel Biocare World Tour where he presented a poster on flapless surgery.

Dr Lin is a member of several local and international professional organisations. He is a member of the Singapore Dental Association and has been serving in the Ethics Committee since 2007. He also served in the DentalSurgeon Committee (2008–2009) and the Oral Health Awareness Committee (2007-2010).

Dr Lin is currently an active member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI), Asian Academy of Osseointegration (AAO), Prosthodontic Society Singapore (PSS), Aesthetic Dentistry Society Singapore (ADSS), and the Singapore Academy of Oral Rehabilitation & Implantology (SAORI). In addition, he is a Fellow of the International Dental Academy (IDA).

Outside of dentistry, Dr Lin holds the position of Deputy Director, Membership Division in Mensa Singapore.
