Dr. Wong graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery.She obtained her Fellowship in the Royal Australiasian College of Dental Surgeons before embarking on her master degree specializing in orthodontics.

Dr Wong worked at the National Dental Centre since her graduation in 1999 and obtained a scholarship from SingHealth to pursue her masters in orthodontics. Dr Wong graduated with a Masters in Dental Surgery (Orthodontics) from the National University of Singapore in 2003 and obtained her Fellowship in Orthodntics from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons in Edinburgh.

After her graduation, she practiced as a Registrar at the National Dental Centre for 4 years before leaving for private practice. She was conferred Fellow of Academy of Medicine,Singapore (FAMS) in 2007 and is registered on the Dental Speicialist Register (MOH).

Dr Wong is actively involved in the international professsional bodies. She is the current President of the Association of Orthodontists, Singapore and an active member of the World Federation of Orthodontists. In addition,she is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists.Locally, she is also member of the Singapore Dental Association and Association of Women Doctors, Singapore.

Dr Wong also takes an active interest in social issues.She is also a member of UNIFEM, Singapore and is a volunteer speaker with UNIFEM. Socially, she participates in mission trips to treat cleft children in developing countries like Myanmar. She shares her expertise by conducting radio interviews, tv interviews and contributes to magazines. She also conducts public forums under her clinic T32 to raise awareness in orthodontics.

Dr. Wong practices orthodontics exclusively in the Specialist Practice of T32 Dental Centre. She is trained in cleft palate management, and surgical correction for cleft patients. She specializes in surigical and non-surgical orthodontic treatment for adults. She is an active Damon braces and Invisalign pratictioner. She  regularly treats patients with facial aesthetic problems,joint problems and bite problems. She takes a special interest in modifying children's growth and monitoring their dental development.
